What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (Euros) and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Payment is made on the day of rental at our location.

Yes, if the boat is available. Please call us at least 2 hours before your return time to request an extension. Additional time is charged at the hourly rate.
Requirements & Experience
Do I need a boat license?
No! All our boats are under 30 horsepower, which means no license is required under Greek law. We provide a thorough safety briefing and instructions before you set off.
Do I need boating experience?
No prior experience is necessary. Our boats are easy to operate, and we provide complete training before departure. Most guests feel comfortable within 5-10 minutes of instruction.
What is the minimum age to rent a boat?
You must be at least 18 years old to rent a boat. Younger guests can be passengers. Children must wear life jackets at all times.
Do you offer a skipper/captain service?
Yes! If you prefer not to drive or want a guided experience, we can arrange a skipper for an additional fee. Contact us for pricing and availability.
Safety & Equipment
What safety equipment is provided?
Every boat includes: life jackets for all passengers (including children's sizes), anchor with rope, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, emergency contact numbers, and a waterproof bag for valuables. Larger boats also include GPS and VHF radio.
What happens if there's bad weather?
Your safety is our priority. If conditions are unsafe (strong winds, storms), we will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund. We check weather forecasts daily and will advise if conditions change.
What if I have a problem at sea?
Call our 24/7 emergency number immediately. We can provide phone assistance, send help, or contact coast guard if needed. Every boat has emergency procedures on board.
Is the boat insured?
Yes, all boats have comprehensive insurance covering third-party liability. A security deposit (€100-200 depending on boat) is required and refunded upon safe return of the boat.
During Your Rental
Is fuel included in the price?
No, fuel is not included. You receive the boat with a full tank and return it full. If the tank isn't full on return, we'll charge for the missing fuel at current rates.
How far can I travel?
You can explore the entire Thasos coastline. We recommend staying within sight of shore and not traveling more than 2-3 nautical miles from land. We'll show you safe areas on the map during briefing.
Where can I anchor and swim?
You can anchor at any of the beaches and coves around Thasos. We provide a map with recommended spots and anchoring tips. Avoid rocky areas and always check depth before anchoring.
What should I bring?
Essentials: sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, water, snacks, towels, and a waterproof bag for phones/valuables. We provide a cooler on most boats. Don't forget a camera for the stunning views!
Can I bring food and drinks on board?
Absolutely! We encourage you to pack a picnic. There's a cooler on board for keeping drinks cold. Please take all trash with you when you return.
